What has been added to Minecraft PE 1.17.10.23?
This version has added many elements from the Caves & Cliffs update: blocks, plants, items, and more. For example, in Minecraft PE 1.17.10.23 there are such plants as azalea, glow lichen, moss, spore blossom.

Tuff
In Minecraft PE 1.17.10.23 tuff is a solid block that can be generated along with other ores in mineral veins. Tuff can only be mined with a pickaxe and broken with any existing tool. It should be noted that the block will not fall out using other items.

Tuff can be used as a decoration of buildings, used to mark mines.

Spyglass
You can create a spyglass in Minecraft PE 1.17.10.23 from two elements: iron ingots and amethyst. The object helps to view the necessary places from different distances. Using the spyglass produces the same effect as wearing a carved pumpkin.

    Thanks, alot, this is a stable version of Minecraft and doesn't Lag on a 2gb ram mobile and also work on Windows of 2gb ram without Graphic card
